
Karena Wynn-Moylan is up for ANOTHER award!
Longtime BayFM presenter Karena Wynn-Moylan is a short-listed finalist in the Australia Audio
Awards, a competition open to all within all broadcast media which acknowledges excellence,
innovation, and effectiveness across the communications industries.

The winners will be announced at the award ceremony on 28 May 2026 at Carriageworks in Sydney. Karena is up for the award for her excellent series the Narratives Library National Edition.
The Narratives Library recordings are broadcast on BAYFM 99.9 and syndicated on the Community Radio Network to 110 other community stations across Australia. The long running, unique series features recordings from authors reading short passages from their own work.
To date the Narratives Library website has recordings of over 600 authors readings. The website averages between 2 and 3 million hits each year. Karena has even been mentioned in NSW parliament for her establishment of the Narratives Website and awarded a Hermes Gold Award for its design.
Karena Wynn-Moylan has been on air at Bay FM since 1996 with her program Arts Canvass on Thursday 9am – 11am. Arts Canvass covers news and views on the Arts for the Northern Rivers which includes local theatre, dance, art exhibitions, music, authors, festivals and more.
