The desperation and determination for a right to housing continues on Lismore’s floodplain, where flood damaged houses bought back by the government through its Resilient Homes Program are being occupied.

Community Newsroom’s Mia Armitage met with a group of people in what might be dubbed the ‘occupy Lismore’ movement, ranging from travellers to longtime locals and buyback recipients unsure of their futures.
