The North Coast of NSW is now open to visitors but are we ready? Tourism operators say bookings are full until Easter 2022, but there aren’t enough staff.
It’s part of a massive shortage of workers that will hamper the ability of local tourism and hospitality businesses to fully open up for the influx of visitors.
There are also concerns the Shire’s lower rates of COVID vaccinations could put it at risk.
