The Who-Har is a magazine style show that represents the people. We are the vehicle and listeners are at the wheel steering the show by participation. We want to hear from you! 

There are four segments each week:
15 MINUTES OF FAME - We invite members of the community to nominate a friend or family member who they consider extraordinary, and to join us on the show to talk about their life or a significant experience. Our guests identity will not be revealed until the end of this segment. 15 minutes is all it takes! 
THE BIG PICTURE - This is an opportunity for people to come on the show and talk about an issue, movement, idea, information and research on any topic, or a change they would like to see take place either in the community, country or globally.
PLANETARY POSTCARDS - Listeners can send postcards or an email from across the Globe, describing the country, cultural experience, weather, people or an event, that will be read out on air.
BIRTHDAY WISHES
Listeners contact us during the show or by email sending birthday wishes to friends and family whose birthdays fall between Wednesday to the following show.

 DJ and electronic music producer Jonny Coates hosts  'The Freq Consortium' every Wednesday night from 10pm, in a show which is sure to shake your ears out of complacency. Every week you'll hear a diverse blend of the freshest electronic based music, whether it be cutting edge dub-step, minimal and tech house, post rock, ambient sound scapes, IDM, or the weird and wonderful obscurities that you won't hear anywhere else.
