Love, Life and Laughter is a magazine style programme, which includes interviews, music and information. The content is primarily about anything in life that enhances and inspires both the listener and humanity as a whole. Generally interviews are with people who are passionate about what they do and are often community orientated. Spiritual and sustainable subjects are addressed. The programme is designed to look on the positive side of life. Interviews are conducted both live to air in the studio and also pre recorded on the phone via the Hybrid room when necessary.

I play a varied mix of music primarily from the last half century. Conceptual continuity is my aim. Individual cuts are grouped together because they work together in some way. The segue may have to do with lyrical or thematic similarity, key or time signature, history (tracing evolution of a musician, group, genre) or mood. The genres most represented are detailed in the first article 'The Genre I Play'.
