FEATURE ALBUM: JAMES COTTON-GIANT. ALLIGATOR  2010

Still going strong at 75 James Cotton’s heritage can be traced back to Sonny Boy, Wolf and a 10 year residency with the Muddy Waters Band. Of late Cotton’s voice has suffered from his 60 year old career so on this release he leaves the vocals to his younger band members Slam Allen and Tom Holland. This gives Cotton the time and the energy to focus on his harp playing which to this day still affirms his status as MR SUPERHARP.

·        1. Buried Alive In The Blues.

·        4. Sad Sad Day.

·        6. How Blue Can You Get?

·        7. With The Quickness.

·        8. Since I Met You Baby.

·        10. That’s All Right.
